Abyssal Descent is an RPG Soulslike demo I am currently developing in Unreal Engine 5 (C++)

 
  • Enemy AI using Behavior Trees with custom C++ Tasks and Services

  • Combat with swords, other melee weapons, and projectiles

  • Target Locking

  • Destructible containers spawning pickups

  • Health bars and player/enemy stats

  • Custom particle effects for item pickups and weapon trails

  • Motion Warping for customized root motion animations

  • Multiple enemy and boss types
